a new diet

This week is gonna just me fruits, veggie, bread and ham. Thats it!

Yeap! I am trying that out and see if my weight drops. Where did I get the idea from? Well, I watched a show on celebrities and how they slim down yesterday. From what I've learnt, they eat just veggie and fruits. I should start doing that so that my weight can go below 50kg!!!! Yes! I'm damn fat!

Today is suppose to be the first day that I start my diet. I end up having a big plate of chicken chop in front of me. It is fucking oily but I ate it anyway. However, I left quite a bit untouched ok!

I headed back home after work and went to supermarket to get all the salad ingredients. My dad came down to meet me and both of us bought hell lotsa things! Did lotsa cutting of veggies, ham and cheese etc... Whole family just ate salad for dinner. I'm gonna have salad tomorrow morning and bring bread with ham and cheese for lunch. I've gotta restrict my diet!

royce choc specially from baby

This morning I couldn't get back to sleep and woke up at like 8am plus in the morning! I went to the bank to open a new account so now i've got 2 accounts, 1 for spending and 1 for savings. :) I hope to save more then I can pursue my studies.

I brought mummy to Kimage for a haircut + dye. I went for it too. I was thinking of some brown highlights and a haircut but the lady suggested some other colours other than brown. If you guys wanna see my hair, meet me lo.. The colour ain't that obvious but my mummy say under the sunlight it looks damn nice. I've got no idea! cos it still looks black when i look into the mirror. Its nice to have some changes. HOWEVER, mine cost like 215 and my mum's 265, i think. FUCKING EXPENSIVE! I think I won't be colouring my hair there anymore cos its is too ex!!! The haircut is quite good, though it looks like the one I cut previous year at Wella.

Came back home and slack till late and head out to meet baby. My parents were invited to Melody Chen and Randall Tan's wedding @ Shangri-la Hotel. Such a perfect couple! Randall is handsome and Melody is gorgeous! How i wish I could go too! hahah! My mummy told me she saw lotsa channel 5 actors and actresses and the whole place was really grand!

Anyway, I went to meet baby at Singapore Flyers for POPEYE! YES! I'll hit 60kg if I continue eating like this! After dinner we took a long bus ride home.. :D

My Mummy actually bought Royce several times before and it tasted really good. It is just totally unexpected that Baby actually bought that for me so suddenly cos he's like broke. (I hope he didn't do anything wrong, haha!) I ate 2 pieces, the rest is still in the fridge to last me till 20.4.08!

My daily visitors has been going down. Gosh! This could be due to lack of updates. I'm so sorry people cos I've been busy with work, meeting up friends and meeting up the boyfriend.

Now I only get to meet him on weekends, so I must treasure it. Both of us have been running out of places to go. Have dinner, go home. or Watch movie, go home. BORING! I gotta find something to do otherwise we'll get bored of each other very soon!

I've been meeting Sophia quite often, due to meeting with Royston(Angelis'cousin) for the savings plan from prudential. First, we went to cafe cartel. Next, we had dinner at Clementi, Satay and hokkien mee.

Next week gonna meet up with Michelle to get her decorations for her 21st birthday chalet!

Btw, Happy 4 years 2 monthsary. :D

Disrespectful

Gosh! I end work at 7.30pm but I can only leave at 9.35pm due to meeting!! But I was grateful that my Dad came to pick me up and brought me out for late dinner and we had a nice long chat of his secondary school life and also his army life. I've never heard from him, its great to know all those interesting things that happened to him way back when he was young.

Anyway, I think by having meeting once a month is good. We gather people from the pharmacy section to find out what we need to improve on and stuff. However, I find it quite disrespectful when my senior pharmacy technician just walk off halfway through meeting...then followed by another 2 pharmacy technicians just walked off too. The meeting is going on and they just walk off like this.

I feel that they kinda disrespect our head of our pharmacy. Then I asked those older colleagues, they say she always leave halfway. -_-"

Sigh....

i'm being a spoilt brat so....

he can be using friendster and adding new friend 37 minutes ago but he didn't sms me at all. So i shall not sms him. HMPF!

Popeye shop doesn't sell spinach

Work's been fine (minus the errors that I made). I really hope to minimise all the errors so that the Pharmacists do not have to keep running back calling for my name, "SUEANN...!!!". haha!

Working colleagues are quite a bunch of fun people. More girls than guys! YAY! GIRL POWER SEH! haha! While working, Boon yen, Rose and Sijia will start to disturb sia, poke here and there, but it is fun la! And and and... There is an upcoming Night Outing on 10th may and we'll be going to places like Old Changi Hospital and etc. (Ok.. I only saw Old changi hospital, the rest I didn't notice). Looking forward to it! :)

I am seriously getting fatter. I've stopped dancing. I've stopped going to California Fitness(yes, i know i'm wasting my money which is why I'm cancelling my membership). Everyday after work, I'll be so darn tired and I would just head back home and just sit and relax on my big fat ass! Yeah, thats the reason why i'm fat. and.. another reason is..... FOOD!

Jiana asked us out last friday. We meet up at City hall. AS USUAL, THEY WERE LATE! I was already there at 6.15pm. They all came later than 6.30pm. ARGHH! Hello! My time is precious ok! Anyway, we head to Singapore Flyers for Popeye!!

Oh man.. I am so in love wth the fried chicken, the whipped potato with bacon bits and also the coleslaw... mmm!! Can we go there this weekend again??

After which we head to Esplanade for some Choc fondue.

We went to Haagen Dazs. Charmaine, Sijia and me have gone there before. This time round, I find the choc very diluted, probably added water and the choc ain't warm at all! WHAT HAPPENED??
We had taken some unglam pictures but I shall not disclose it. hehe...

Their company was great, as always! I laughed till my stomach hurts! hahaha...

However, some of the places I've never been there before. Probably I should explore Singapore more, than just saying "aiyah.. Singapore so small. Nowhere to go lah!"

We didn't meet for 5 days. and today finally we get to meet each other and we went to chinatown to have dinner and went to get his shorts and underwear. And now back at my place, he is sleeping on my bed and I end up blogging.

I found out that we have got nothing much to talk about. Seriously today the conversation wasn't much. We've got nowhere to go either, so after buying his stuff and walked around, we came back. Practically, there wasn't anything to do and nowhere to go. On the bus back home, he slept. I dunno why but I feel the ache in my hear that makes me wanna cry or rather I cried for awhile.

I guess on his list, is training, training and training. Tears are flowing out...

Do not call me sue pok pok anymore

Hello readers, I'm sorry that I haven't been blogging much due to work, work and WORK and I usually sleep before 10pm. Gosh!

Got to work this morning and I realised that I have to do OPEN SHOP! Dammit! I haven't had any mental preparation of the the endless SAPs. haha! lucky today we do not have much SAPs to do or else i'll DIE!

Sigh~ There's one lady which is uber rude. Just ask her a simple question and she just fed up and blasted at me! Then I found out that I'm not the only one that kena. Well, at least I know now... I won't be asking her anymore!!!

Today's YQ first day of work at NUH. I bumped into him during lunchtime. haha! But I had lunch alone. So poor thing right.. Sobz.

People have been calling me Sue pok pok cos of SHAUN TAN. and... I found out one thing today. I have a few filipino colleagues and they told me something when Sijia wrote " Sue pok pok" on my cupboard.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT "POK POK" MEANS IN FILIPINO?
It is prositute. wth!

So, from today onwards don call me that when there is filipino around. Later they mistook me!

back to work...

After 1 week of orientation, I feel so relaxed. My feet are not hurting and I do not feel that tired like before. It's a like a 1 week rest for me. However, I've been down with flu and also sorethroat. Damn sad.

Tomorrow will be going back to work again! :D Seriously I prefer working than sitting down in the leture room, learning how to be compassionate and etc. But, I'm kinda reluctant to go back to work cos tomorrow will be my first time doing counter 1, which means, I'll be dealing with patients, giving them queue numbers and count medicines maybe. Whatever it is, I hope I'll do fine. :D

Last Friday I was having irritation with my contact lens so I have to head home to take it off and head to Holland V to meet the rest of the girls for some nice dinner. Its Eunice and Lizhen's last day of work so decided to have a dinner together. We had Crystal Jade for dinner! My fav xiao long bao!!!! Its the best bao ever la! I can eat a few dozens but they are quite expensive you see, so can't afford that much. anyway, the dinner was like super nice la!

NUH Orientation

Day 1 of the Orientation was quite fun. We had talks from morning till late noon. I was like falling asleep during the talks. haha! We get to eat like almost every 2 hours! Start at 9am then 2 hours later, teabreak. Back to talk, 2 hours later, lunch(on our own account). Then talk again, then tea break again. Its like we'll never get hungry.

We had an amazing race after the last tea break. We had to form 10 per team. We've got a GURL TEAM! We had to run around NUH to get informations. GOSH! Darn tiring! We had to take picture as proof dah dah dah. We didn't win the challenge but we had fun! sweated alot but yea. FUN!

Took the shuttle bus to Dover with Rose. Gossiped lots! LOL. Meet Dear at his sch and we headed home. i cooked sumptous dinner for him. LOL.


DAY 2

We were asked to do this Value-Stream Mapping. Then there were like 15 teams of 10s. We discussed among teams. Only 2 teams will be chosen to go up and talk about what you have done. So during the discussion, they tell me if we are chosen, I will have to go up. So my thinking was, we wouldn't be so sway that of all the 15 teams, they'll choose us.

First team chosen were sitting behind us... They had a very funny and short presentation. Then, the speaker said "The next team will be... the PHARMACY team"
I was like DAMMIT! FUCK FUCK FUCK! ARGH! WHY SO SWAY!

I had to go up. i tried pulling Rose and Mei mei... They didn't seem to want to go so I gasped, "I don't wanna go alone!" The whole audience laughed!!! I didn't realised that the auditorium was so quiet that they could hear me!!!!!

I went up there introduce myself in front of the 150 ++ audience! I almost died. I was shaking. I've never spoken to so many people using a mic. Thank god mei mei was there to help me out. After the presentation, my friends said our presentation was very good. I tell you ah... My heart almost popped out! Thank god its over.

Tomorrow gonna be another day of Orientation.

Our class 5N1 had a gathering at Orchard Shopping center @ Sakura International Buffet. Before that I meet up with the girls to go for a lil shopping trip. Just window shopping. It's been such a long time since i did that with my gurlfriends.

Went to meet Mich, zhiyi and her love for a drink. To save money, i didn't bought any. After which we proceed to Sakura for buffet. The food weren't fantastic, the varieties weren't that much either. Anyway, its just for the sake of gathering. :D Below are some of the fantastic pictures. I'm too lazy to blog all of em! HAHAHA!

Jiana order Black chicken soup, it taste super uber nice with the herbal taste. :D Its good for us ladies to drinkthis kinda soup. So we order like 3 bowls of it to share. Shilei was drinking halfway then she saw this....

WTF! We didn't complain cos the guy cleared the table and shilei didn't say anything. BISH! It's a freaking worm on that veggie!!!! GOSH! we didn't dare to drink that soup after that incident!

HAHHAHAH! I'm sure u guys are laughing at Shilei's unglam picture! This is a pay back! Cos she put my unglam picture on her blog! HMPF! Shilei I know u are reading this. Don't kill me! WAHAHAHHAAH!

Ate lots. If I remember correctly, I was the last person who is still eating. Ya la. I eat lots can!

catching up with the girls...

Just got back from Town. Had a Sec Sch class gathering at SAKURA. A total of 20++ person came. What about the others... We had a total of 39 classmates!!!
Well.. I'll blog about that tomorrow...

Let me talk about yesterday.....

Saturday morning and I still have to work. Work was fun. All I did was topping up and writing down the names of the drugs on different shelves. :D These are some of the pictures I took while walking to NUH.
The over headbridge I had to take every morning. Thank god its not stairs! Not so much of the patients but lotsa annoying phone calls!!!

After work, head to Bugis to meet the girls. As usual, they were late! SUPPOSED TO MEET AT 2PM!! I was late too. I reach at 2.30pm and they reach even later! NEH NEH! Lucky Shilei came after awhile and we went to see her watch. The GUESS watch she wanted. Really nice!!! :D There was this fashion show that was about to start, so we went to kapo. The caucasian models did really well on the runway, however, the asians (i think they are singaporeans) did kinda badly. :X

Went over to food junction for lunch when Jiana arrived. We walked around and shopped. Bugis really nothing much to shop. Went over to Bugis street. UBER CROWDED. Oh man. I hate crowded places sometimes, really ruin whole shopping experience! Anyway, Jiana that monkey was hungry again so we head over to.....

It's my first time eating the strudel. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK though one is like $5 in small portions! But it is TOTALLY WORTH IT! I was the one who ordered the one with DURIAN FILLINGS. MUAHAHAH! Those who talked to me after that damn "suay"! cos I've got Durian breath after that. *Open my mouth and "HAAAAAAA"

We took a bus and head over to Suntec. Went to the Morgan sale, didn't buy any. Cos all like chapalang. went to starhub road show then head over to Marina Square. By the time we reach there, my feet was already aching like hell. We decided to have dinner at....

The food weren't that fantastic. The Gyoza was the best! SLURP. I'm so gonna buy soem gyoza and BBQ it at home. wanna come my house and have some??

We took like 2 hours to eat the steamboat and the teppanyaki. We're only allowed to eat for two and the half hours.

There wasn't much time for ice cream. So we just had Green tea, Grape and Chocalate and didn't get to try allthe flavors. Green tea and Choc were the best! The grape just taste like frozen F&N grape.
I think the whole buffet thing, was all about catching up by having fun and eating a nice meal together. :D I had so much fun joking around and laughing till our stomach hurts. I wanna have more of this gatherings. pretty pls....

busy week

I'm so tired. My feet are aching. :( I seriously need a good massage now now now!

This whole week I'm doing Open Shop which means I will have to,
- check the Kopitiam whether the pharmacy television is on
- Open the shutter at 8.30am sharp
- Clean and switch on the Weighing Balance
- Wipe the tables and keyboards
- Record the temperature of the fridge
- Fill up the ziplock bags and the empty bottles
- Do endless SAP

It is really tiring and lotsa things to do. However, the patients now are lesser than the 2 previous weeks. We kinda slacked around and AIDS(as if doing something). hahaha. If not our supervisor will get us to clean stufff!

I'm working tomorrow and Saturday and the next whole week i'll be going to the Orientation at the hospital so there will be no work at all for THE WHOLE WEEK! YIPEE!

YAY! I need to give my feet a good rest.

Had lunch with Sijia two days in a row, hopefully we can have lunch together all the time. haha!
